Nigerian youth reject SWAT as SARS replacement

Following the nationwide protests to End the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) and it’s brutality, a statement was issued on 13th October, 2020 by DCP Frank Mba, the Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Police Force Headquarters in Abuja, saying that a new unit called Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) will replace the “defunct” SARS.
