Nigerian singer Joel Amadi cried out to Kaduna State Government in a series of tweets to come to the aid of residents of his hometown in Kafanchan, Kaduna State while Zipak and other villages were under fatal attack by Fulani Herdsmen.
Few hours later, he confirmed via Twitter that his father, Mr Didam Amadi had died in the attack.
Although the Singer was born in Sokoto state, his father hails from Kaduna State while his mother is Idoma from Benue State.
He was educated at Ramat nursery and primary school and Army day secondary school Bukavu Barracks, Kano state. Finally, graduating from the Kaduna state college of education in affiliation with the University of Jos where he acquired his diploma in accounting and auditing in 2005.
He speaks fluent English, Hausa and Idoma.
